Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in Christian Counseling and licensed mental health practice.
- Ability to supervise, educate, and train clinicians.
- Proven record in policy and procedure development and insurance documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design HCO's Christian Counseling program framework and integrate faith into outpatient treatment.
- Develop structured model for faith-based counseling and clinical guidelines.
- Define levels of faith integration based on client consent and preferences.
- Create implementation strategies for clinicians and staff training.
- Develop documentation standards addressing faith-based interventions and medical necessity.
- Ensure insurance billing considerations and compliance with ethical standards.
