HCO Behavioral Health Services is expanding its Christian Counseling program and seeks a Christian Counseling Program Development Consultant to design, develop, and strengthen a faith-based, clinically sound outpatient model.

You will create structured guidelines, training, documentation standards, and policy frameworks to integrate faith with evidence-based therapy while ensuring ethical, insurance-compliant practice across the organization.

Qualifications

• Christian Counseling experience and licensure required.
• Clinical supervision, education, or training background preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health program development and ethics.
• Knowledge of insurance documentation and reimbursement practices.
• Ability to train staff and develop policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design HCO's Christian Counseling program framework.
• Develop a structured model for integrating faith into outpatient treatment.
• Create clinical guidelines and best practices.
