• Advanced Excel and MS Office, plus Curve royalty system experience
• Experience interpreting contracts, administering licenses, calculating royalties, preparing statements, and reconciling accounts
• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail with ability to manage priorities
• Experience with NetSuite and analytics software is preferred

Label Royalties ManagerFair Trade is seeking a detail-driven, analytically strong Label Royalties Manager to help ensure the artists, producers, and partners we serve are paid accurately and on time. In this role, you will own key elements of the royalty cycle, from preparing and reviewing sales data, maintaining royalty-system setup, and processing royalty statements to managing recoupments, reconciling artist balances, and supporting financial reporting. You will apply contract and licensing terms with care, resolve complex royalty inquiries, collaborate with internal teams and external payees, and strengthen the systems and processes behind accurate, dependable royalty administration.
