The Fair Consultant is responsible for owning a defined territory and portfolio of accounts, with accountability for fair count, revenue, and revenue per fair (RPF). This hourly role requires exceptional organization, strong project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The position drives territory performance by managing customer relationships, influencing booking decisions, executing high-impact fairs, and delivering consistent, repeatable results. This is a remote/home-based role that collaborates closely with cross-functional teams. The anticipated start date for the next onboarding/training class is November 30, 2026. In addition to the base hourly rate, Scholastic offers a Sales Compensation program which includes the opportunity to earn seasonal and annual incentives. The base hourly range for this position is $22 - $26 per hour.
