Job summary

Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking a Failure Analysis Technician – Transmissions in Jasper, IN. You will analyze transmission failures to determine root causes for warranty issues and look for opportunities to improve products within the quality department.

The role requires experience or training in automotive programs or mechanics, with training provided. Compensation starts at $20+/hour based on automotive experience and skill level, with benefits and on-the-job training.

Failure Analysis Technician – Transmissions

Location: 1220 Power Drive, Jasper, IN

Job Overview

Have you recently completed training in an Automotive Program or are you a mechanic looking to transition from the garage? Join our Quality Department as a Failure Analysis Technician, where you will be looking for opportunities to improve the product by performing failure mode analysis of transmissions to determine root cause failure for warranty issues. We are looking for individuals with experience and knowledge in both engine and transmission applications.
