Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of failed connectors.
• Create a failure analysis process and database to capture historical data.
• Interface with customers to understand issues and inform status, root cause, and solution.
• Confirm diagnoses through testing and inspection.
• Prepare test samples and test requests; work with lab technicians.
• Suggest corrective actions to design, process, and inspection.
• Coordinate with engineers from other disciplines for root cause.
• Process and analyze results; create reports for internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing; review 8Ds from suppliers.
