Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate faculty administrative support in a supervisory role.
• Mentor/train office staff and oversee business processes.
• Lead policy/procedure development for faculty support tasks.
• Coordinate faculty recruiting tasks and liaise with Director's office.
• Provide primary support for incoming/retiring faculty and students, and assist growing research centers.
• Backup staff during vacancies and assist with travel, reimbursements, purchases, and meetings.
