Location: Med-Ophthalmology - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh (25002267)

University of Pittsburgh, Ophthalmology Department, is seeking a Research Assistant Professor for a full-time appointment-stream position. The research focuses on management and analysis of eye movement data collected from a collaboration with the UPMC concussion lab.

Responsibilities include:

1. Evaluating and monitoring the quality of incoming data and providing feedback to the concussion team.
2. Processing data for eye trace extraction from SLO videos using C Light software and Rossi Lab software (REMMIDE).
3. Analyzing eye movement data using existing analytical approaches and developing new methods for concussion and control fixational eye movement data.

Minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years of research experience in an Ophthalmology laboratory.
• PhD in Visual Science or a related field.
