Celebrating its 100thanniversary of MSW Accreditation in 2021, the SSW offers BSW, MSW, & PhD degrees. The BSW and MSW programs were successfully reaffirmed in 2024. The school launched the nation’s first online, bilingual (Spanish) MSW program in fall 2019 and an online MSW program in 2022. The SSW provides additional opportunities for students to expand their worldview through online classes with international partner universities and a robust reciprocal immersion program focusing on refugees and immigrants in Mexico at the U.S. border. In addition, the SSW will launch a comprehensive behavioral health simulation program in 2025 and has several innovative certificate programs providing students with cutting edge training to prepare them for practice.

Faculty and staff are committed to transformative education to serve anti-racist, anti-oppressive aims.
