Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's of Library Science from an ALA-accredited program.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in developing knowledge of academic digital resources.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Drive/Suite.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a library committed to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provides reference service in-person and via phone, chat, and email.
• Teaches library workshops and the 3-credit Information Literacy course.
• Assists in collection development and evaluation; monitors acquisitions budget.
• Manages ISU-Idaho Falls Library facility, including hiring/training student employees and overseeing the collection.
• Participates in planning, policy formulation, and professional committees.
