Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional training with related work experience.
• Three years of administrative work experience.
• Ability to learn university policies and CBAs and apply them.

Responsibilities

• Support faculty and ASE hiring processes across multiple platforms.
• Manage appointments, reappointments, terminations, and related communications.
• Provide records management, help desk support, and stakeholder guidance.
• Audit and report on personnel data; ensure compliance with CBAs and policies.
• Collaborate with Faculty Services team to ensure continuity of service.
