Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining piler equipment.
• Familiar with all site duties including piler, sampler, loader, scale house computer.
• Able to enforce company safety and work rules.
• Record repairs and coordinate with maintenance team.
• Manage crews to ensure breaks and productivity.
• Maintain a safe and clean worksite.
• Communicate across piler, ag repair, and ag staff.
• Handle culverts placement in deep freeze piles.
• Willing to perform other duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and assistance with operating and maintaining piler equipment.

• Ensure only good beets enter long term storage.
• Coordinate with crews for breaks and safety.
