Here at Systex, we make plastic products for air-conditioning and engine cooling systems and produce components for shipment worldwide. Key factors for success at Systex Products Corporation include attention to detail, a positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.

A typical day for our Production Associates includes:

1. Operating molding machines in a safe and efficient manner
2. Assembling plastic products
3. Inspecting products to ensure they’re up to quality standards
4. Packaging and preparing items for shipment
5. Completing a daily production report and quality chart
6. Participating in continuous improvement and problem-solving programs
7. Ensuring your workspace is clean and organized
8. Performing other miscellaneous tasks as instructed

Qualifications for our Production Associate role:

1. Are able to bend, lift, twist, and grasp effectively and efficiently
2. Comfortable being on a ladder
3. Must be able to read, write, and speak English
4. Can pass a drug screen and background check

We offer Production Associates:

1. Full-time work on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
2. Starting pay of $16.16 per hour / + $1 shift premium
