Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and quality functions.
• Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and financial goals.
• Drive implementation and sustainment of the SKF Production System and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to establish production strategies and meet customer demand requirements.
• Monitor and improve on-time delivery, lead time, throughput, and operational efficiencies.
• Manage inventory levels and manufacturing resources to support objectives.
• Develop and execute plans for capacity, staffing, equipment, and process improvements.
• Lead and develop production and quality teams through coaching and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the site's Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.
