SKF is seeking a Factory Supply Chain Manager in Ladson, SC to lead manufacturing operations delivery. You will manage orders, schedule production, and direct material procurement while maintaining accurate inventory and WIP counts.

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer demand. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with 3+ years in materials planning or related supply chain roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years in Materials Planning, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Associate Degree/HS diploma with 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage order book, top-level production schedules, and direct material procurement.
• Maintain accuracy of direct material inventory and WIP through cycle counts.
• Stimulate knowledge sharing and deliver training where needed.
• Coordinate material flow with production and recovery planning when schedules deviate.
• Establish performance measures to alert management to delivery issues.
