Factory Production Worker/Warehouse Attendant Forklift Driver

The position holder will be responsible for meeting product quality standards and deadlines. The candidate must have excellent time-management skills to produce high-quality products within specified time frames.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing tasks throughout the manufacturing process in a safe, efficient, and satisfactory manner, including manufacturing, packaging, labeling, storing, handling raw materials, inventory, and waste.
2. Assembling materials and equipment, assisting in lifting, carrying, and moving heavy loads.
3. Inspecting finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
4. Assisting in loading raw materials to production lines and transporting raw materials between locations.
5. Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time.
6. Maintaining high productivity levels and fostering a positive team environment.
7. Communicating effectively with co-workers to meet production deadlines.
8. Loading and offloading products from warehouse to drivers and customers safely and accurately.
9. Performing routine maintenance checks and executing preventative/corrective measures on designated machinery.
10. Maintaining a clean work environment and following all safety protocols.
11. Operating forklifts and other equipment to move inventory for proper storage.
12. Using pallet jacks and dollies.
