Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Software Engineer II to join the Factory Platform team. You’ll build applications that support design and manufacturing engineers, automate telemetry analysis, and help turn data into actionable insights.

You’ll own the full software lifecycle, work across the stack—from front-ends to data pipelines—and collaborate with engineers and operators on the factory floor to deliver real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
• Strong CS foundations: data structures, algorithms, systems, clean code.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building web applications with modern frameworks and languages.
• Comfortable across full stack—frontend, backend, data layers.
• Eager to learn new technologies and solve real problems.

Responsibilities

• Build applications supporting design and manufacturing engineers.
• Automate telemetry analysis and streamline production planning.
• Create dashboards giving real-time visibility into manufacturing operations.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle across the stack.
