Responsibilities

Fulfil is building advanced robotics and automation systems for grocery supply chain fulfillment. This role is a Site Automation Lead responsible for operational coverage of automated high-speed fulfillment systems, serving as the bridge between partner operations, maintenance, and engineering teams during site deployment, commissioning, and production phases.

What You'll Do

• Monitor daytime performance and conduct health checks of robotic automation systems; perform Tier-1 troubleshooting including sensor checks, part swaps, and obstruction clearance
• Serve as on-call technical and operational escalation point for partner teams; make real-time decisions balancing system uptime, safety, and production needs
• Document issues clearly and support investigations and post-mortems; track and report reliability metrics toward uptime goals
• Communicate system behaviors and findings to robotics, firmware, software, and product engineering teams; participate in testing, validation, and rollout of new features
• Train partner team members on system interaction, recoveries, and safety; provide steady technical support and help refine operating procedures

• Experience supporting deployments, pilots, commissioning, or on-call rotations
• Experience with tools like Slack, Jira, Excel, or digital workflow platforms

Salary $22-$25/hourly plus equity. Full medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
