Job summary

Hadrian is hiring an IT Systems Administrator to own factory IT platforms on Mesa, AZ. You will design, deploy, and harden systems that keep the shop floor running, including Kubernetes nodes, identity management, and line-side services.

You will also build AI tooling to accelerate the service desk and automate repetitive tasks. You will own core platforms such as Okta, Microsoft 365, Box, Jira, and MDM, while collaborating with security and DevOps teams to maintain security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT, 2+ in a systems admin/platform role.
• Experience in factory/production environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud/devops tooling.
• Hands-on with Okta or other SSO and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and harden factory IT platforms.
• Spin up new factory sections and deploy Kubernetes nodes.
• Build AI tooling and internal tools to improve service desk efficiency.
