Job summary

Unilever in Jefferson City, Missouri, seeks a Manufacturing Manager - Processing to lead our highly automated Personal Care Liquids site and a new Betaines facility. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and people development across Processing and Betaines, partnering with cross-functional teams.

You’ll influence plant performance via Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS), coach leaders, and ensure 24/7 operations readiness while delivering cost and service targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline.
• 7-10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in a complex environment.
• Proven success leading large teams and delivering operational results.
• Experience driving safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safe, Reliable & High-Performing Operations across Processing and Betaines.
• Coach and develop leaders and frontline teams to achieve performance targets.
• Drive improvements using Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS) principles.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Planning to achieve site goals.
