Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Leonia, NJ, is seeking an experienced Finance Leader to oversee all financial aspects of the manufacturing site. You will steward governance, partner with Factory leadership, and provide cost and performance analysis, forecasting, and compliance with NAS and factory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of cost or general accounting experience; factory/operational experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles across assets, payables, payroll, inventory, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost improvement opportunities and track savings against plans.
• Manage factory reporting of actuals and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead strategic financial analysis for major factory decisions.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and liaise between factory and Corporate/Commercial teams.
• Develop and evaluate capital investment plans and perform post‑CAPEX reviews.
• Ensure internal controls, risk management and compliance with NAS and costing standards.
