Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Factory Controller in Modesto, CA to act as the financial partner to the Factory Manager and Leadership Team. You will oversee financial stewardship, governance, and oversight of the factory's financial performance, including planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance.

You will drive cost improvements, budgeting, forecasting, and capital evaluation while ensuring adherence to internal controls and Nestlé standards to support sustainable profitability.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years experience in financial operations.
• FMCG industry experience.
• Experience within a network organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify, drive and deliver cost improvement opportunities and track savings.
• Manage and interpret factory reporting, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead budgeting, planning and forecasting for the factory.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies, controls and costing standards.
