Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing finance, factory accounting, or cost accounting.
• Strong knowledge of product costing, inventory accounting, manufacturing variances, and financial reporting.
• Experience with SAP ERP system.
• Familiarity with Indian GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.
• Proficient in Excel; strong data management.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with focus on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly factory financial close and accurate manufacturing accounting.
• Prepare monthly factory MIS reports covering material cost, conversion cost, waste, WIP valuation, and variances.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and identify business drivers.
• Perform production reconciliations, waste reporting, month-end close activities.
• Prepare reconciliations, financial analysis, strengthen internal controls.
• Support regional and corporate reporting with timely financial information.
• Calculate quarterly Schedule Costs and support V-Price releases.
• Maintain BOM data and cost master data within SAP.
• Prepare cost estimates for new product developments and support cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor cost trends and improve data accuracy in SAP.
• Prepare schedules for Cost Audits, Statutory Audit, and Internal Audit.
• Coordinate with auditors; provide schedules and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.
• Support payroll, AP/AR related to factory operations.
• Physical verification and valuation of inventories.
• Submit statistical reports to government authorities.
