Top Quality Recruitment (TQR) is seeking an Environmental Compliance Supervisor to ensure factory adherence to environmental sampling, testing, and reporting protocols. The role troubleshoots noncompliance issues and implements corrective actions.

Key activities include emission testing, permit compliance, water sampling oversight, and coordinating with maintenance and lab teams to optimize environmental performance and reporting to MPCA.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of environmental law and applicable permits for the factory.
• Experience interpreting and complying with environmental regulations.
• Willingness to secure required licensing within two years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility compliance with environmental sampling, testing, and reporting.
• Conduct emission testing and maintain records for PM10, SO2, NOX, CO, CO2 and other regulated units.
• Coordinate with lab and operators for water sampling and wastewater analysis.
