Job summary

Nestlé Allentown Factory is seeking a Factory Engineering Manager to lead a diverse team of engineers across mechanical, electrical, industrial, environmental and safety systems. You will drive capital projects, manage budgets, and align with maintenance and production to resolve issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities include directing capital budgets, coordinating with maintenance, and ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across plant operations while fostering cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience with project management and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Engage, lead and develop a team of engineers across mechanical, electrical, industrial, environmental and safety systems.
• Oversee capital projects with budgeting, scheduling and execution.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Coordinate with maintenance to develop standards and training to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Manage external contractors ensuring safety, quality and value of deliverables.
• Partner with operations leaders to improve integrated manufacturing processes.
• Champion TPM through management, problem solving and project implementation.
• Master plant process and utility flows to ensure energy efficiency and compliance.
