Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-intensity production environment may be considered.
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role with leadership of meaningful projects.
• Experience in developing and implementing production processes/systems in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solving deep technical or operations problems.
• Ability for occasional travel up to 35% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Take ownership of critical projects from inception to completion.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct detailed root-cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• System Building: Identify factory areas needing systematic improvements and develop early pragmatic solutions guiding longer-term tech.
• Asset and Process Introduction: Lead redesign of processes and introduction of new assets to increase production rates.
