What You’ll Do

You should also have:

• Hands‑on experience working with hardware or physical systems
• Experience solving engineering problems in a manufacturing, automation, or similar environment
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently
• A startup mindset and willingness to move quickly
• Interest in and comfort with AI and modern AI‑powered development tools
• Ability to work onsite in Detroit, Michigan
