Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Factory Controller for the Saint Joseph, MO facility to drive financial reporting, costing, inventory management and internal controls. You will partner with all factory departments to ensure accurate data and support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

You will lead the Factory Accounting Team, deliver month-end results, train personnel on Nestlé standards, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in general accounting, cost accounting, internal controls, budgeting and variance analysis in manufacturing or related environments.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee factory accounting team and ensure accurate month-end close and reporting.
• Maintain internal controls, compliance and safeguarding of assets.
• Monitor performance, provide financial insights and reporting to management.
• Coordinate budgets for the factory and warehouse and support cost-saving initiatives.
