Nestlé USA is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to partner with the Factory Controller and leadership, driving performance through accurate costing and strategic analysis. The role focuses on cost reductions, efficiency improvements, and compliance with NAS standards at the Schaumburg, IL facility.

The position requires 5+ years of finance experience, manufacturing exposure, and strong leadership to develop a high-performing team using TPMS tools and Nestlé methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including planning, analysis, reporting, and business partnering.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Proficiency in financial planning and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the cost accounting team and drive cost savings through Lean methodologies.
• Identify and validate cost reduction opportunities and provide financial insights for decision making.
• Partner with Engineering to monitor CAPEX spending and capital projects.
