Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience in A/R, billing, or general accounting.
• Associate degree in accounting or related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Detail-oriented and well organized with ability to multitask.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for clients and colleagues.
• Proactive, independent worker with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Factor Soft or Monarch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients to resolve reporting discrepancies or collateral-related issues.
• Process and review invoices submitted by clients for accuracy and compliance.
• Understand and manage accounts consistent with the Bank approvals and Account Purchase Agreement.
• Maintain effective communication with the Relationship Manager on assigned accounts.
