Job summary

Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is hiring a FACT Program Team Lead to support our Flexible Assertive Community Treatment team. The role includes coaching staff, coordinating care, and ensuring high-quality services in homes and community settings.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and experience as a MH professional/leader. This is a full-time, on-site position with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling or equivalent credentials.
• One year as Mental Health Professional, Clinical Supervisor, or Team Lead in MH setting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team meetings to review client progress and guide care planning.
• Provide clinical services using best-practice standards.
• Complete LRA notes and extension requests.
• Represent FACT team in Mental Health Court proceedings.
• Ensure timely, accurate agency documentation.
• Assist manager with scheduling and training.
• Coach staff on engagement strategies and interventions.
• Coordinate admissions scheduling and psychosocial summaries.
• Deliver crisis interventions and coordinate referrals.
• Screen for co-occurring conditions and connect to resources.
