Solventum in Brookings, SD is seeking a FacOps Mechanical Integrity/Reliability Engineer (Onsite). The role focuses on directing mechanical integrity, pressure vessels, refrigerant management, and reliability programs to support safe, compliant operations.

The candidate will lead PM/PdM initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process safety and RBI practices. Travel up to 10% may be required, with relocation possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with manufacturing engineering experience OR an Associate’s Degree/Technical Diploma with manufacturing engineering experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with manufacturing engineering experience
• API 510 certification is required
• Experience applying reliability analysis and predictive & preventative maintenance methodologies
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and supporting chemical process safety/PSM programs
• Experience applying API 570/653/580–581 RBI or related inspection methodologies and using CMMS
• Experience with inspection data management tools and capital projects/turnarounds
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically
