Concern Housing is seeking a Facilities Custodian to clean and maintain offices and common areas in Brooklyn, NY. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift items and operate cleaning equipment, and a valid driver's license.
You will work Sunday through Thursday, 8am–4pm, supporting events and maintaining both interior and exterior spaces. Preferred candidates hold a High School Diploma and have at least 6 months of related experience, with strong communication and teamwork

Days/Hours: Sunday - Thursday; 8am-4pm.
High School Diploma (preferred) plus 6 months or more related experience (preferred). Must have a valid drivers license. Good communication and interpersonal skills a must, as well as good client/customer service skills, ability to follow oral and written instructions, prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively with a team. Basic knowledge of cleaning products is required. The work requires routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds. Moving items over fifty pounds utilizes a team lift.
Salary: $40,000/yr
