The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, 1–3 years of plant operations experience, and Windows proficiency, with HVAC skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relevant plant operations and general maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in Windows environment.
• HVAC knowledge and training preferred.
• Licenses/certifications: Texas Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, or EPA 608.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot facility utility systems.
• Provide coverage across 2nd and 3rd shifts and call-outs.
• Maintain documentation and records of maintenance tasks.
• Assist with preventive maintenance scheduling.
