Job summary

Eden Prairie Schools seeks a Facility Use Supervisor to coordinate Valley View's school-sponsored and community usage, including instructional programs, EP Institute, membership space and rental spaces. This role acts as a peer to the K-12 Facility Use Supervisor and supports equity in community access.

The position requires at least three years in facilities management or related fields, strong organizational and customer-service skills, and the ability to supervise evening or weekend events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in facilities management, hospitality, or event coordination.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent building uses in a mixed-use facility
• Strong customer service orientation in hospitality or conference-center setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with web-based scheduling systems
• Demonstrated fiscal management skills
• Ability to work independently and supervise evening/weekend events
• Supervise and train part-time/casual staff
• Commitment to equity and ability to work with diverse communities
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform related tasks

Responsibilities

• Coordinate school-sponsored and community use of Valley View.

• Serve as peer to K-12 Facility Use Supervisor.
