IHSC seeks a Facility Training Officer to develop, implement, and monitor annual and initial staff training across IHSC facilities, including BLS certification and fit testing for all federal staff.

The FTO will coordinate with AHSA and HOU leadership to ensure accreditation readiness, maintain training records, and lead special projects to improve health operations across the IHSC network.

Competenze

• This position requires a master's degree in a qualifying program for USPHS officers.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in program development and training.
• Ability to analyze situations, manage projects, and maintain compliance documentation.

Mansioni

• Develop and monitor staff training programs across IHSC facilities.
• Lead accreditation readiness, risk management, and quality improvement training.
• Coordinate with FHPM, FHSO, and IPO for program delivery and reporting.
• Provide BLS certification, CPR instruction, and fit testing for staff.
• Maintain training records and ensure timely reporting.
