Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental in Davie, FL seeks a dedicated Facility Technician to support onsite waste management and regulatory compliance. This role offers exposure to RCRA and DOT requirements, rotating shifts, and growth toward managing a Triumvirate Waste Facility.

You will work with a team to coordinate shipments, perform safety checks, operate waste tracking systems, and participate in Emergency Response activities after training.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
• Comfortable using computers and basic software tools.
• Excellent safety and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge to manage a permitted facility.
• Understand facility permits and agency expectations for waste management.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly compliance checks and SOP reviews.
• Assist with general facility operations and cover when the facility manager is unavailable.
• Coordinate outbound loads and schedule transporters.
• Understand OSHA and EPA regulations and health and safety practices.
• Operate computerized waste tracking systems.
• Participate in Emergency Response Team after ER training.
• Drive a forklift.
• Rotate on-call for Emergency Response (optional).
