Job summary
Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a 10 Day Facility Coordinator / Facility Technician for our Davie, FL site. You will gain experience managing a permitted facility, ensuring waste handling compliance, coordinating outbound loads, and supporting facility operations under the Operations Manager.
Onsite work with potential Emergency Response duties is expected, including forklift operation. Preferred candidates have HAZWOPER certification and may pursue CDL; the role offers extensive safety
Qualifications
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Customer service orientation.
- Comfortable using computers and basic software.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge to manage a permitted facility.
- Understand facility permit and local agency expectations for waste management.
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly compliance checks and SOP reviews.
- Assist with general facility operations and coverage when the facility manager is unavailable.
- Consolidate waste per permits and customer requirements.
- Coordinate outbound loads and schedule transporters.
- Learn OSHA, EPA regulations and Triumvirate Health & Safety practices.
- Demonstrate supervisory leadership with coworkers.
