Qualifications

• Six years of industrial facility and ASRS maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Valid state Driver's License with liability coverage.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe operation and maintenance of facility equipment.
• Perform general building maintenance including carpentry and electrical repairs.
• Log time and materials into the CMMS daily.

Skills

Knowledge of controls and electric (high and low voltage)

Proficient in electric meter testing

Understanding of OSHA electrical standards

Ability to read technical procedures

Education

High School diploma or GED
