Job summary

Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is seeking a Full-Time Plumbing Technician to support Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, TX. The role covers installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of plumbing systems across a large venue.

Candidates should have at least three years of verifiable commercial plumbing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Texas driver’s license; a Texas Journeyman license is preferred. This is a 100% on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of verifiable commercial plumbing experience.
• Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship, trade school, or equivalent vocational training preferred.
• Current Texas Journeyman Plumber License preferred; Tradesman or Apprentice License will be considered depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and replace commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, valves, piping, drains, water heaters, pumps, and related equipment.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and determine corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Develop work plans and schedules for plumbing maintenance and repair services.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems, domestic water and sanitary sewer systems, and related equipment.
• Respond to emergency plumbing repairs and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
