Trail Drive Management Corp. is seeking a dedicated Facility Technician II - Plumber for the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, TX.

This on-site, full-time position involves installing, maintaining, repairing, and inspecting commercial plumbing systems across the facility to ensure safe, reliable operations. The role requires at least 3 years of verifiable plumbing experience, with preferred Texas Journeyman license and apprenticeship background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of verifiable commercial plumbing experience.
• Experience maintaining plumbing systems in commercial or large facilities preferred.
• Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship, trade school, or equivalent vocational training preferred.
• Current Texas Journeyman Plumber License preferred; Tradesman or Apprentice License considered by experience.
• Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, domestic water distribution, sanitary sewer systems, storm drainage, backflow prevention, pumps, valves, and fixtures.
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, valves, piping, drains, water heaters, pumps, and related equipment.
• Diagnoses plumbing problems and determines corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Develops work plans and schedules for plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Performs preventative maintenance on plumbing and related systems.
• Inspects for leaks, corrosion, blockages, code deficiencies, and equipment failures.
• Responds to emergency plumbing repairs and fixtures malfunctions.
• Ensures compliance with plumbing codes and safety guidelines.
