Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and perform repairs and improvements.
• Read and implement work orders using a CMMS system.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ensure safety and troubleshoot maintenance issues including electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and pneumatic systems.
• Support continuous improvement and inventory management.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist other technicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance/construction trades or equivalent technical training.
• Flexibility for 24/7 work schedule, including holidays.
• Ability to operate industrial trucks and tools safely.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualities

• Commercial maintenance experience.

Physical Requirements
