Job summary

Keolis Transit America in the United States is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform facility inspections, PMs on repair garage equipment, and repairs to wear items across our shop. You will work on bus lifts, washers, paint booth, fuel dispensing equipment, and light shop tools.

The role requires 5 years of industry experience, strong safety knowledge, ability to work evenings or weekends on call, and willingness to work outdoors in extreme weather.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in industrial/commercial equipment maintenance and repair.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Sound understanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work evenings or weekends (on call) in the case of an emergency.
• Must be able to work outside in extreme, hot and/or cold, weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

• Make repairs to normal wear items such as hoses, steamer wands and fueling nozzles

• Maintenance Employees may be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals in a ventilated maintenance shop and may work with personal computers, laptops, electronic hand-held devices, complex electrical schematics, diagnostic software and testing devices, and other heavy machinery.
• Office Staff may work indoors in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities, including offices and cubicle spaces equipped with a telephone and computer and may entail typing or looking at a computer screen.
