Responsibilities

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Facility Technician Counter is responsible for the accurate accounting, transportation, and deposit of monies secured from coin-operated machines. You will perform service and maintenance in a warehouse facility including water vending machines, parts and equipment inventory, general maintenance materials and facility needs. This role may also serve as a shuttle driver. Most duties are performed independently with limited supervision.
Ensure that collections are counted, uploaded to Corporate Headquarters, transported, and deposited as instructed in a timely, accurate, and safe manner.
Maintain the warehouse in a clean and organized fashion.
Organize and maintain the inventory of purchases including tools, machine parts, vehicle parts, water vending machines, equipment, and cleaning supplies. Conduct monthly reconciliation of materials distributed or checked out to field personnel and report inventory to the Director of Field Operations.
Perform shipping and receiving duties.
Service and maintain water vending machines located in the warehouse to ensure operational machines are available for immediate installation. Duties include interior and exterior cleaning, sanitizing, quality assurance checks on the water, and checking plumbing, mechanical, and electrical connections.
Service reparable supplies and/or equipment for re-entry into the inventory system. Equipment includes refurbishing carbon tanks and cleaning reverse osmosis membranes.
May operate a company‑provided vehicle to shuttle collections and/or parts between facilities, observing all security measures. Keep the vehicle clean and report malfunctions promptly for repair.
May work overtime as necessary, with scheduling as far in advance as possible.
May be assigned other projects, duties, or tasks as required.
Maintain alignment with Primo Brands’ mission and values in daily activities.

Qualifications

Understanding of plumbing (water flow, pipes, valves, etc.) and electrical/mechanical devices (e.g., motors, switches) preferred.
Ability to read and write and follow verbal and written instructions, including the use of a procedure manual.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
High School Diploma or GED preferred; or relevant experience with a stable work history.
Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Basic proficiency with math skills and diagnostic tools including handheld devices.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
