Job summary

Primo Brands in Oakdale, MN seeks a Service Technician to build strong customer relationships, perform maintenance on water vending machines, and ensure brand representation through high-quality service. The role requires mechanical aptitude, driving capability, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Build high impact relationships with customers and ensure our products, equipment, and services represent the Primo Brands daily.
• Perform maintenance, sanitation, repairs and lab sampling on water vending machines while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner and complete service requirements with accuracy and precision.
• Load equipment parts and manage inventory.
• Daily pre-trip inspection and maintain cleanliness of vehicle.
• Collect cash/coins at designated retail markets and vending locations.
• Serve as a Primo brand ambassador by nurturing relationships, being knowledgeable about our products and services, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use diagnostic tools.
• Ability to use application based handheld devices.
• Excellent planning, time management, organization and problem solving skills.
• Basic math skills proficiency.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time when servicing equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet Company driver qualification standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends based on business needs.
