Job summary

Primo Brands in Gardena, CA seeks a warehouse loader to move products safely inside the warehouse, load/unload route trucks, and operate forklifts. This on-site role supports efficient daily distribution for Primo Brands' branded beverages.

The position offers $23.00 per hour with a 6% or 8% shift differential, a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record (no major offenses in last 3 years).
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during shift.
• Meet physical demands (sitting, standing, walking, lifting, bending, squatting, pushing/pulling).
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Warehouse/forklift experience preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld in a safe, professional manner.
• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift.
• Palletize products for loading.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Handle products with proper storage and care; maintain inventory.
• Keep good housekeeping and warehouse standards.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Move delivery trucks for loading/unloading and refuel when needed.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed (bay mapping, inventory checks).

A warehouse loaderis responsible forensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.

Reporting Location: Gardena, CA

Compensation: $23.00 /hour+ 6% or 8% shift differential for applicable hours worked(paid weekly)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays

Start Time:5pm until workload complete

Qualifications

Requirements/Qualifications:
