Job description

As a Facility Technician for Greenheck Group, you will be responsible for ensuring well‑maintained facilities, including routine maintenance and repair of facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional responses to maintenance work requests.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair including interior and exterior painting, drywall and plaster repair, and basic plumbing.
  • Set‑up, repair, and ergonomically adjust office furniture; handle office and cubicle moves and reconfigurations.
  • Install window blinds; repair and replace toilet accessories and dispensers; replace light bulbs.
  • Assist with daily facility operations while maintaining excellent working relationships with maintenance contractors.
  • Provide minor maintenance on security system devices and doors (strikes, closures, locksets).
  • Implement office relocations and space allocations.
  • Perform outside custodial duties, such as snow removal, as necessary.
  • Obtain estimates for supplies or repair parts and order parts as needed.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work environment; manage inventory of supplies, tools, materials, and workstation items.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Maintain company vehicles to ensure they are clean and fueled prior to use.
  • Serve as a primary contact for security matters and respond to facility emergencies.
  • Assist Corporate Facility Services (CFS) in identifying and resolving facility deficiencies and ensuring building systems operate appropriately and meet Greenheck Group standards.
  • Conduct routine testing and documentation of all fire systems.
Location & Travel

Will work on‑site in Tulsa, OK. Minimum travel is required.

Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience in facility and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair, including carpentry repairs, office furniture installations, simple plumbing, and painting.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and small power tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail and quality.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2‑Year / Associate Degree in construction or maintenance preferred.
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

The starting base pay range for this position is $24.46 per hour – $30.22 per hour and may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
