Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a detail-oriented operations planner to optimize labor usage and coordinate production schedules across multiple areas. This role supports sales and operations planning and ensures on‑time delivery while maintaining strong customer service.

Qualifications include 2 years of associate degree or equivalent experience, 2–4 years in related field, and strong Excel skills. SAP experience is a plus, with a base pay range noted and comprehensive benefits provided.

  • 4Year / Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study preferred.
  • 2–4years of relevant work experience required.
  • Proficiency in Excel required.
  • Previous SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize labor utilization and support sales and operations planning.
  • Maintain capacity templates and adjust capacity/manpower as demand dictates.
  • Reserve capacity for short lead‑time programmed orders.
  • Coordinate production schedules across multiple manufacturing areas to support on‑time delivery and shipping performance.
  • Communicate scheduling priorities, changes, and production requirements with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Engineering.
  • Manage schedule updates from engineering changes, customer requests, material availability, and shifting business needs.
  • Monitor critical part availability and proactively suggest changes to minimize production disruptions.
  • Prepare and distribute daily status reports to support operational decision‑making.
  • Track and communicate schedule changes, late shipments, and other key production updates to stakeholders.
  • Support and participate in continuous improvement activities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The starting base pay range for this position is $69,581–$85,953 and may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work.
