Job summary

3STEP Sports is seeking reliable part-time event staff to join our growing youth sport club and event management team in Mansfield, MA. Evening and weekend shifts include 3:30 pm–10:00 pm on weekdays and early morning to evening weekend slots.

You’ll help run the facility smoothly, assist with setup and teardown, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for participants. We value dependability, strong communication, and initiative.

Qualifications

• Facility Management: Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of the facility during your shift; Assist with daily operations, including opening/closing the facility & setting up/taking down sports equipment.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.

We’re hiring weekday and weekend event staff immediately!

• Monday – Friday: 3:30 pm – 10:00 pm
• Weekend shifts: 6:00 am – 2pm; 2pm-10pm
• Flexibility in scheduling

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Management: Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of the facility during your shift; Handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting; Assist with daily operations, including opening/closing the facility & setting up/taking down sports equipment.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Safety: Assist with general operations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
