Job summary

ISS Group in White Marsh, MD seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance across building systems. You will troubleshoot to the component level and handle patching, door hardware, lighting, HVAC, and plumbing tasks while entering detailed work orders in the CMMS.

The role requires a high school diploma or trade training, basic mechanical/electrical/PLUMBING/HVAC skills, good communication, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on building systems.

• Maintain safety inspections and document activities in CMMS.
• Support safety and quality initiatives on site.
